Correspondence to and from the SEC is usually NOT shown on the SEC site..........they only reveal it when they want to.......Everybody knows that...........and when they reveal it, i.e. put it on the website, it of course has the original filing date on it.......I can't make it any more clear than that.......Perhaps if you Google Upload, and Correspondence you can get a clearer picture of how it works. I know it can be confusing..........z
