you are versed with these particular cases but what I really dont understand is that if no one, especially Val or MDGC, has any money whats the point of continuing these suits by these parties? They must know they are dealing with a vacuum repair man, one thats had his truck repoed and has losts of outstanding legal judgements. If you are not about to get a penny why pay legal bills?
