of the sec's website >> up until *recently* the only
*publicly disclosed* correspondence on JBI went back
to APR 2011 >>> there was none on DOMARK

now there is ....

oh and it's not like it would have been *missed*
it would have been posted >>> immediately >>> just like
the sec's complaint was ~ *minutes* after it was released
on the 4th of JAN 2012

again it will come out in the trial if JBI's mgmt chooses
to go that route ..
