MM CSTI had magically morphed to no. 2 in *volume*
behind the PRIMARY MM in JBII >>>

Again, CSTI replaced UBSS for retail broker order routing back then, including TD Ameritrade. That's why CSTI is now #2 behind NITE, who is #1 in retail order routing...
