that is my assertion
based on my documenting JBII's trading logs
and observing the trading patterns and *DD*
done for 2.2 years >> what eluded me initially
was the CON man r. thomas KIDD and his *intent*
to set up JBI by JBII shares <3.5M in cert form>

and imo JB clearly picked up on aspects *amiss*
in early 2010 (if not sooner)

like i've posted because of P2O .. JBI has options
but the bottom line is courtesy of the 8k filed on
8/4/2011 .. foundation is laid in bedrock *regardless*
of hooks entrenched >>>
