If naked shorting was the only force at work on JBI's share price you would be correct. The share price would be "null and void".

What many have misunderstood is the strength of the support for JBI. That support and the continued transition of JBI from development to production stage company will be the undoing of any shorts, be they naked or otherwise, if they continue to hold a short position.

As for your argument about the straw man..."Since the "straw man" was that NSS exists, I'll take your comment that I "demolished it" as pretty conclusive."
