My question is...why did Mr. Warren have to go through RFC...maybe I am looking into it too far. But here he is, CEO of Bravo Foods. He creates Attitude drinks and takes all his brand names with him. That's all fine and dandy, buy why did he have to transfer them through a holding company? Hmmm....
