97.5% of naked short claims by ceo's turn out to be the ceo's themselves diluting their own company stock. There is no evidence of yet of JB or cronies manipulating jbii stock. JB has put himself in jeopardy by misrepresentation of financing. He and the jbii paid promoters are the ones letting the shareholders down.
