Petroleum Geologist says there is a 35% chance of striking oil not 1% or 2%. But what does he know he is just a Geologist and makes his living at it. I am sure others that say 1% or 2% have much more knowledge then Mr. Barrett. It just goes to prove nobody in their right mind would pursue a drilling program in Tasmania with a 1% or 2% chance of finding oil.
