***CNBC Watch: Bob Pasani was just on saying the bulls are happy and the markets are breaking out...

Well Bob, the "markets" aren't breaking out because the Dow Jones Industrials & Transports have yet to confirm the new highs in the Russell, S&P 500, and Nasdaq... that and the Q's are still below their December highs...
