No one said anything about dilution being against the law. I don't think that HG will ever be prosecuted for dilution by the SEC. Heck this little pinkie is way too small and the SEC has no teeth to protect shareholders anyway. Maybe the Sheriff is needed to find the missing person and make sure that he's okay. Could be starving away in a cheap hotel room.
