LOL, that PR is pretty darn funny IMO. CEO's should never address bashing IMO. There will always be critics so they should keep on task of moving the company forward. For a CEO to talk about bashing and tell everyone they are venture capitalists just screams..."hang on a little longer, I have more notes to convert".

The devil is in the details. All of the so called bashers' ammunition is in the filings. He can't hide behind "expected revenues and profits". He is $4,700,00 in debt this year and he thinks his shareholders should continue to be his ATM.
