As I understand it - basically you would first set a hearing date with the Court of Judge Block to present your arguments directly to Judge Block in person.
The Motion filed to intervene as a party in interest would include the hearing date plus the reasons for the Motion - to intervene in the Anchor Litigation as a party in interest to the Anchor Litigation Award and as the rightfully owners of Eighty Five Percent Net of the Anchor Litigation. And the Motion
would include the facts as a Proof of Claim.
The other parties in interest to the Anchor Litigation - JPM, FDIC, DOJ, could/would then file Objections to your Motion, however you would still be able to attend the hearing and present the LTW's Case.
Since you have the time to attend the Stipulation Hearing in Delaware, I was thinking that maybe you could be able to also attend a hearing in Judge Block's Court in Washington, DC.
Also, if you were able to state to Judge Walrath that you are intending to file a Motion to Intervene
in the Anchor Litigation Case as a party in interest - she may grant your request to remand the
LTW's Claim to Judge Block's Court.
