A 'no-sew' blanket. You buy 2 pieces of different coloured fleece (2 1/2 metres makes a good size), put the 2 bad sides together and trim them to the same size. Then make cuts all along each edge about 3.5 inches long, about an inch apart. Then you tie the two edges together. If you alternate reef knots and granny knots you'll get the different colours showing on each side of the blanket.
