Value_Investor: I find it ironic how someone who uses your alias would be interested enough to co-monitor a board of an almost worthless crap shoot such as BRVO. Indeed, I fail to observe any apparent or hidden value left with this equity. Although I normally don't allocate time writing about companies in a dormant state, since you asked some questions of me, I will be glad to share my opinions. IMO, its just a matter of time before this issue ceases trading. I cannot see this company ever continuing as it was before. In the very best case scenario, and perhaps what some are hoping, a new management team would take over the reins of the company and infuse new capital into it. This of course is a long shot because of the large international players(Nestles) as well as regional dairies already competing and making entry all but impossible. Indeed, from my perspective, even if the above option of a new management team were to materialize, more than likely, a recapitalization of the share structure would be necessary, thus leaving the current shareholders with either watered down stock, or possibly worthless old shares that may cease to trade altogether. This of course is speculation on my part because there are issues that do successfully emerge from a chapter 11, but as I stated above, I have strong doubts as this ever occurring here, imo.
