Relax, friend! Check the Nevada state website: it has the up-to-date AS which is still 500M shares! So the company can only dilute up to 88,600 free shares which is nothing at the current price levels! The float as I known is 464M shares, but the actual float available for trading below 0.009 was only about 100M or less shares...
