In my case, my wife and I are voting no on the Hs.
If the plan is stalled long enough that the judge values the claim--then we have an equity claim worth x amount. The judge squeezed the class action lawyers by threatening them with getting nothing since the claim isn't actually "set" as of now.
So me and everyone i know that follows this case and feels this is a bad deal for everyone is voting no with their Hs.
