While watching CNBC this afternoon I heard a discussion of the ARMS index.........apparently the
current ARMS index chart pattern is similar to one that has occurred within 20 Days of a market bottom
on EVERY occasion in the last 40 years!!----------your thoughts?--------where can we get charts of ARMS index?
