There's a reason its been left unfinished. Val clearly does not see the point in completing the storefront, otherwise it would have been done months ago.
The main question is, whether or not at some point in the future there will be a reason to complete it.
At the time of the purchase Val obviously would have known funding had fallen through, so it seems fairly odd/irresponsible to blow another 100K with no money coming in.
Which is probably part of the reason the O/S has doubled and we have nothing to show for it.
That along with the negative market sentiment will most likely make returning to our previous levels 10 times harder to achieve than it was last time.
