I just called my discount broker TD Waterhouse. I have had them put a note on file so that my JBI shares cannot be borrowed for shorts. I suggest everyone do the same thing, this could help stop some of the garbage going on. Further my pipe shares are locked in my safe, and they have never had their restriction removed, nor will they in the foreseeable future.

I don't know how some are saying that investors where told about .18 cents EPS. I never was and I got in on several rounds of pipe and so did my family. Just trying to keep the facts straight and that seems to be a real problem on this board.
