How would any of that help Bordynuik's defense in response to the SEC's charges that he committed securities fraud and accounting fraud?

Or are you thinking a good defense for JBI is to say those are fake charges trumped up by the SEC, who is in cahoots with hedge funds, MMs, and Naked Shorters in order to prevent JBI from implementing their civilization-changing technology (that JB claims he stole from a 1970's tape he was recovering for a client)?
