Yep, agree, it will be a riot if and when Dragonite puts out financials. It should be somewhat amusing to see what terrible idiotic speculative investments these clowns lost money on this year. Hahaha. On the flip side, I would actually be quite impressed if I saw steady pricey good monthly rental income from the Hong Kong basement utilised, but not holding my breath. Tsk
