leon, I agree, we may see a near term tradable rally, but, IMO, with war on Iraq getting ever closer, the sentiment numbers will get much worse. Numbers below Oct's reading wouldn't surprise me ..... esp. if we get confirmation of large amounts of foreign investments leaving the US.
