Catz beautiful!! thank you!...NOW the "excellent calculator" does not account for that variable: non-reporting/non-voting shares.... This "excellent calculator" assumes all parties and all shares will be accounted for...

We could probably generate a standard deviation from this perfect equation....and that number is to the benefit of??
