Everyone who purchased VTPI as an investment grade security was taken. No pink is really worth investing in for the longterm.

It's chart is pretty typical. People play them for the big bounces. But the bounces always get smaller and smaller.

At this level, people might make some money playing it. But only if they get in and out quick.
