"Your broker will issue a master ballot to KCC reflecting instructions that the broker has received from underlying accounts via the beneficial ballot. Any beneficial holder ballots sent directly to KCC will be defective.

Please follow the instructions outlined on your respective ballot. If you have any questions about the process, please reach out to KCC. "
