Sorry, I don't believe the shorty conspiracy theory.

But put in perspective, if, IF there was shorty, shorty did not force Tony to fail payment and lose his CEO position. Remember, he kept PR'ing once MMX uplisted, which they did, then the 20 million LOC would be avail.

What happened to it? If it were there, there would have been zero reason to dilute...??
