Nah. Did u read the link post by rawnoc from the sec's website?

Why would they have to warn companies not to use pro forma ?

If this is so illegal why would they put an article to warn companies going into this years tax season?

It seems more companies than just jbiii are using this form for certain assets.

Just observin.
