Actually many of the penny scammers are sociopaths.

I have talked to Toney and communicated with him via e-mail. I believe him to be a good person. He has shared with me some of his personal side and he is a kind person. I may not agree with him, but some of that is just not knowing the whole story.

Oh yes, so kind he dumped ~5 billion SREH shares in a mere few months then walked away abandoning the shell like it had never happened wiping out every shareholder there. Then did the same thing with ENTI just taking a few more months. Then pretty much with PTEL as well. Ohhhh sooo kind, I bet he was totally charming when he thought you may buy shares? Is that right?
Sorry but that is not how real business and fundraising occurs that is a blatant penny stock dilution scam tailored to defraud people of their money.
