Docket #316 is only the NOTICE of appeal. I haven't looked in the District Court today, but that is where the actual appeal will be docketed.

So, given that the Appellant Designation is not due until 01/26/2012, it is my guess that the meat of the appeal, is not yet available. At least based on what I see, and what I can Google, that's what I think.
