Yes, you would get what you had before the conversion all in SDVI. I suspect the reason that has not happened to date is because the company does not want to issue compensating shares in SDVI to make the convertors whole dollar for dollar at .0006. If they wait and continue to work the RR apps, the pps will return to the pps it was upon conversion and everyone will be made whole at once.

Some sort of offset would be needed prior to the reversal to avoid a sell off.

The company would then merge everything, fix the books and stay current on OTCMarkets.com.
