One thing I have in my 35 years professional life learned. People who are rich, who have everything, never have enough, but more important for them is social reputation, recognition in public. I doubt that Lenfest will exchange a little bit money more against the reputation of having such a company build up (one can discuss about the economical success so far, but the technology has be awarded as being on the edge)and having by that the change to be many times in the middle of attention. This will be more important for him than more money.
I dont believe he will sell the company!

Regarding your math: he didnt convert by 0,035 but by 0,35, means not 857 Mio shares more but 85,7 Mio shares more. Gives a slightly different picture, but maybe you wish so much our share price would be 0,035 that you oversaw the ZERO.

It makes no sense to argue with you, you just being negative. All your other points I could counter argue but its a waste of time. Good luck for all of us (including you, I want for everybody good!)
