the Asian market is irrelevant to U.S. markets. We lead the world, for better or worse.

Besides, it's not Monday 3am EST yet. Wait til then, b/c that's when, if futures are going to rise, somebody mysteriously lifts the futures.

Don't use the Nikkei to forecast what Dow does.

We lead, they follow.

Time for Greenie and his PPT team to do their work.

Although now, it's kinda hard to buy up stocks.

which big cap do you buy?

Certainly not MSFT (belongs in all 3 indices), not after what they said regarding future guidance.

Certainly not GE (again, a major part of the indices).

Certainly not INTC

Or AA

Overall, it's hard to justify markets just skyrocketing. But never underestimate the ability of people on Wall Street to buy up stocks in anticipation of 2008 (that's right, 2008) profits.
