"FACT: the second public correspondence out of the sec revealed
that the file was created on 4/20/2011 and uploaded 2 months later on 6/20/2011"

That's not even close to being a *FACT*!!!

The file wasn't "created on 4/20/2011". The correspondence relates to the Form 10-K for the Year Ended December 31, 2010.........which is the document that was "Filed April 20, 2011". It says so in the heading of the correspondence.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1381105/000000000011037909/filename1.pdf

The "Properties" of the .pdf file conveying the correspondence indicate that the file was:
"Created 6/21/11 1:26:57 PM"

So it couldn't possibly have been "uploaded" "on 6/20/11" either.

Two swings, two misses.

I'm tryin ta think but nuttin happens......Curly
