This is only one of the issues I have with TOVC's response to the Carlisle letter.

Tovc's response says "Mr. Carlisle states that he was not informed of the reasons for the creation of the Executive Committee, nor its decision to TEMPORARILY (this was Bolded in the Form 8K) cancel future board Meetings."

This is a complete lie according to the Form 8K as filed on 7/14/05. The word TEMPORARILY is not there! It says All future Board Meetings. Why and Who inserted this Bolded word that was not there to begin with. Sounds like backtracking to me.

Could someone PLEASE explain this to me?
