I saw that theory. Doesn't make sense based on what was reported. Why would somebody at the wrong Indigo respond with:

He said he was aware however, that Indigo's lawyers were getting together in an attempt to void all written agreements with JBI as they now stand. He didn't go into too much detail about this but would only say that the reasoning should be obvious considering the SEC allegations.

The wrong Indigo theory doesn't hold up.

The report either needs confirmation or a statement from Indigo that nothing has changed.
