Another flaw with your conspiracy theory - why would they PAY .01 to convert these shares so they could sell them at .009? .008? .007?

IF, as you claim, their plan is to sell the shares at .0125 for a 25% profit, how is dumping 8.5 million shares going to move the price from .009 to .0125?
