Its a puzzle -- even though the O/S has tripled in three years, that's child's play for most stinky pinkies. Besides the 4 mm shares we know Herzog sold in 2010 through ICG pocketing some $800k, there's no proof that Hilly is still personally profiting from share sales. But tons of shares have been issued to vendors, service providers and friends -- there probably the ones cashing out.
