A class 19 "no" vote will not cause plan denial, but it might increase the newco shares going to class 19. IMO a person who holds prefs and who votes in favor of the plan does not understand what he is doing.

This is true of any pref holder who also holds commons unless the commons portion of their holdings hugely - and I mean hugely -outweighs their pref holdings by value (not number of shares obviously).
