Dont know how much damage (PR) was done to those affiliates (recoop factor). Believe Get Thin entered / attempted (or in process?) of litigation against Tribune-Los Angelas times for bad press relating to bad press regards their advertising of the lap-belts. I can only go off this article, so dont know where that sits. The article is definately agenda driven IMO.
