Trucker, Are you referring to my statement that after a few months on the board Carlisle discovered who he signed on with? If you are I'll simply refer you to the letter in the 8k. If not I don't understand you question. Did you refer me to the right post?

Your statement said that you knew why Carlisle slowed negotiations down. You implied or I took it as such that you based this statement on some fact. I'm asking what you based this on?
