Hi Hedgebunny! I would have to say that I don't think so...anymore that is. Looks like CCE and BRVO severed relationships in 2006? At least that's the date from the Yahoo finance page where the statement about CCE's investment in BRAVO was made. Since then (in 2007), the article from just-drinks came out with this : http://www.just-drinks.com/news/bravo-and-cce-end-distribution-deal_id90785.aspx With comments about the bargaining separation, and saying CCE relinquished control of the warrants to purchase (up to 30%) the stock...I can't find any evidence of dealings between the two since that time. Here are also some excerpts taken from the CCE 10-K filings in 2007 and 2008: http://www.wikinvest.com/stock/Coca-Cola_Enterprises_(CCE)/Bravo_Brands
I know BRVO has got some pretty big names behind it in third party licenses for processing (General Mills, Masterfoods, Marvel Enterprises, etc)
The only major direct holder is Roy Warren, CEO of Attitude Drinks (former CEO of Bravo! at one time) with about 500K shares...looks to me like he was doing some pretty heave accumulation in 2010 but stayed out in 2011...(boy would I like to see him get his money back...that would make me very rich!) http://biz.yahoo.com/t/69/6131.html
I see that BRVO is seeking a good company to create a master distribution agreement with, but I have failed in finding out who their current distributor/distributors are...
