Corporalalagarn, the response was from Jay Carlson, Manager Investor Relations, not the new party said to be coming on board. Jay was the same party listed on the PR. No new news.

It is interesting to know that Terry asked Jazzbeerman or err Jay, haha those questions and got a place holder answer. We need to wait until PPHM presents at a conference, as they say is their intent, to get questions like Terry's answered.
You say PPHM shouldn't have answered if that was all they would say? Their answer affirms that PPHM isn't telling private inquirers more than what was publically announced, which is no surprise. A good thing is that Jay has heard directly from a long time PPHM investor he knows that investors were left dissatisfied with what PPHM communicated about the HCV Bavi trial- just in case Jay, JBM doesn't read this board and hadn't figured that out for himself, LOL! What a Realist!
