UCF ran the program (they were in charge of the federal $$) to install solar panels at schools used as hurricane relief shelters. See post #9599 for all of the links and info for that program. VB got awarded something like $8M for their share, and in turn contracted with Renuen (under the Dream Works license) to install the panels.
