I for once am happy Roxanna swallowed her pride and wrote the truth in a PR for once, for something that has happened even if a priori negative...

EMXC and MPIX shareholders won't keep dreaming about unrealistic loans that were complete bogus in the first place.

It would be even better if this serves a lesson for Roxanna not to fall in ludicrous traps similar to Gilman and Unitell in the future. At least it means that no extra shares must be issued to cover the acquisitions so we won't fear dilution... I think Roxanna should fire the CFO of EMax as this person probably encouraged and promoted the deals as reasonable and feasible even considering the absurdity of the projects involved. I wish we could know in advance what else is being discussed as next acquisition relying on bogus loans....

Roxanna, open your eyes and get yourself a new CFO that will not blind you. Maybe that CFO had some personal agenda and gains in the finalization of the deals! I am saying "maybe"... It would not be a first for a company CFO to fall for money temptation...
