His name was Mark K. and he said that he has no knowledge of any tanker of fuel being shipped to them from JBI and actually found that question to be quite comical. He answered first with a "who," when asked about the shipment from JBI and then laughingly said, "no." He said he was aware however, that Indigo's lawyers were getting together in an attempt to void all written agreements with JBI as they now stand.
