the science was proved...the gene modifications can be done...they can get a worm to spin silk with some spidersilk in it...

nothing that kblb exists to accomplish has been proven...mass production hasnt been proven...usefullness of the spidersilk hasnt been proven..that it is needed or wanted has not been proven..that it can be sold profitably hasnt been proven...that they can get thousands of worms to continue producing the same amount and type of silk over and over hasnt been proven...

nothing that kblb needs to accomplish has been proven...it is possible that it all will be...but given the fact that they had the perfect opportunity to capitalize on the pnas worldwide publicity and failed to do so tells me they are not yet ready...and why are they not yet ready?...perhaps because they cant do what they had hoped to do...at least not yet...hopefully at least not yet...

the idea that kblb remained silent through all the publicity because they have something really huge to announce doesnt make any sense...but then kim aint the brightest guy...he could be stupid enough to think that was the way to go or dumb enough to believe he couldnt say anything....for a genius, the guy is a box of rocks imo..
