The filing is out, it's a signed agreement. It shows that $30 Million is owed to MMRGloabal. You really cannot get any more definitive than this and I hope this quiets much of the doubt that has been seeping into the board here. This is really all MMRF can do at this point. They have negotiated I am assuming in good faith, and judging by the release of this filing, at least want, if not expect, the negotiations to come to a positive end for all.
