The GOLD Price today: Gold has been so far today as high as $1666. an ounce. All of today's numbers are the highest gold has been the last month. Looking for gold in 2012 to OUT DO its all time high of aprox $1900. an oz. from last August 2011. Of course for mining companies gold going up is GOOD news.
