The million dollar question here is who do you believe? The compensation issue would be the best indicator. What was Carlisle paid by Torvec? He says nothing and Torvec says he was compensated. That should be easy to prove. If what Carlise says is not true or if Torvec's reply is not true it would appear that one of them is guilty of liable. This has become one hugh cluster ----.
